From Cervara you follow the dirt road leading to the Lago Verde (the Green Lake), a beautiful sheet of water surrounded by beeches at 1000 m above sea level. From here, we suggest to walk along the road in the wood until you reach, just after a kilometre, an equipped course downhill leading to the river.
Once you have crossed it, you follow the path that leads with a short sloping tract to a lookout from which you can see the jump of the changeable waterfall (this is due to the discontinuity of the river flow.
The difference of level is above thirty m and the water falls into a series of some following small lakes that you can reach, with a bit of difficulty, by going up again the same river from the initial ford.
The waterfall is plunged in a particularly interesting environment, considered until a few decades ago by the local population , for its farmings and its pastures.
