The Piscio of Pracchiola

Print

From the village of Pracchiola, there is a path crossing chestnut and bitter oak woods and leads in thirty minutes to the riverbed. From here, you go up again  for about ten metres until you see the sight of the waterfall falling from the upper sandstone wall, jumping for  30 metres and finally flowing into  a lake.
The path from Pracchiola is not difficult, however you must pay attention.

Il Piscio di Pracchiola

This is perhaps the most suggestive waterfall of Lunigiana. It is situated at 700 metres above sea level, nearly at the river Magra sources.
